Brushes exploded everywhere on the first performance and made a huge mess. made it through rehearsal but blew up during the set. Utter garbage but I guess that's fair considering their price. just don't buy these, save your money for a good pair

The brushes started to lose the wires after about 1 hour of playing. One of the brushes completely lost all of the wires while playing and simply fell apart in my hand while I was playing. They felt fine and played well up until the time they simply fell apart.

I’ll admit I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to brushwork, but that being said these bristles seem a little flimsy to me and getting any projection or volume of sound seems nearly impossible. But again, I’m not an experienced brushman.

Pretty good product for the price.. eventually will break down on you if used regularly but have lasted me over 18 mo. Not as well built as the guitar center ones or the more high end ones but you can get two pairs of these for the same price and they do the job just fine!

For many years I have had a passion for playing drums and many other percussion instruments. Even though I just practice for my own enjoyment and pleasure; nevertheless, I am always interested in improving my skill in drumming, having purchased numerous percussion instruments. I recently purchased a pair of drum brushes (Kaish: 1 pair of steel retractable Jazz drum brushes) on Amazon for a bargain price.I began using them (Black, steel wire strands and rubber handle) on my drums and they sound great. These brushes were easy to open and retract when finished using them. I noticed a wide range of prices for these Jazz drum brushes but this set was under $10.00 on Amazon and are great for my personal use in our drum circle group.If you are interested in purchasing a pair of drum brushes you may want to check out this brand.Rating: 5 Stars. I would be careful with them as they may not seem as well built as the should... I only use them sporadically so, it shouldn’t be a problem....
