After matching the motors nameplate data, then reviewing cable, quantities, and connections. Also actuator dimensions.. it worked fine Nice to have a 7/16 socket wrench.The recliners back in operation last before.

I recently purchased a couch that reclined electricly but the right hand side didn't work [ gusse thats why i got it so cheap .] I worked on and worked on it with no success so I though what can i do so finally i thought i would just check and see and yes i found a actuator at a good price and an hour after it arrived I pushed the button and happily reclined

When our recliner would only make a loud noise when trying to recline, I thought we'd have to call a furniture repair person or get a new recliner. For the heck of it, I did an internet browse using the part number, and one of the options was the part being sold at Amazon. Ordered the part thru Prime and it arrived within a couple of days. Installation was easy. The removal of a few screws (10?), and the old part came easily. Just had to properly line up the holes with the new unit, connect the wires, then success! Recliner was once again working without any annoying noise.

It fit the spot in my Ashley chair. I had to cut the wires at the rear and solder them to my chair wires, but it works like new. This is the second time I had to replace the motor, plastic blocks, and screw bar. This time it was a lot easier.
