I ordered it twice. First time tuning didn't even stay for a second. I thought might be a product default. Exchanged with another one. Same issue. No tuner can fix it. Don't go by rating. It's a bad product.

I don’t love how we have to keep tuning it over and over again. Kind of annoying…

It's cheap and looks decent for its price but the strings have this buzzing noise and it throws off the sound.

This is a great-quality ukulele for the price. I would (and even might) buy this again as a gift for someone. I have one other ukulele, and this one is better.Update one month later: I did buy a second one. I love this ukulele!

I know the price is pretty low on this, I just hoped it would feel a little more like a real one instead of a child toy. Strings don’t seem like they go to this. And don’t play the first fret

Definitely feels cheap, but works fine and seems to keep in tune. I got this as a gift for a 10-year-old girl and she loves it.

The ukulele is a good one at this price point. I want to give it a 5-star. And I would have if all as advertised in the description had arrived. The description said it included a capo and a strap. It didn’t. I’m happy with the ukulele, though. I just counted on getting all as advertised.

Hey!!I’ve finally received my uku and it’s so compact and naice. This product really feels great, yeah I had an issue of the uku going detune after like 10 mins of playing but that was just for sometime. Now it’s playing pretty well . And I’m really happy with my purchase like finally!!!I was really afraid of buying one because of some of these negative reviews but then it’s definitely worth the price. I got it for ₹2800 and now I see the price went a lil high 🙊 lucky me.Also, if you’re planning to buy one since a long time . You should definitely go for this one! Don’t worry, I bet I am pickier than you.Lastly coming from a guitar background, dude I already learned many of its chords within an hour of playing.Good luck, hope amazon treats you well too.

While I would have much preferred buying a more expensive Ukulele such as those by Kala, their lack of availability led me to buy this Ukulele by Kadence.Bought it for ₹1990/- in a lightning deal. It was delivered in three days with Prime.I have been using the Ukulele for just three days now and, coming from a guitar background, I immediately felt at home. While it took a while to get used to the smaller sized frets, very soon I was jamming some sweet tunes. The Ukulele sounds lively and is comfortable to play. There is not much action(distance between strings and frets) which makes it very easy and comfortable to play, especially for beginners. The finish of the Ukulele is good. I did not find any flaws in the fixtures and workmanship. They have not used a lot of wax on the surface but I feel this gives the Uke a nice and raw texture. The Ukulele came with a bag and a tuner. I haven't used the bag but it seems to be of good quality. The tuner took some time to figure out, but I was able to tune the Ukulele using an app on my phone (gStrings). I was then able to understand how the tuner works. It's decent and gets the work done.I would definitely recommend this Ukulele to anyone who is looking for a good starter instrument. While I would also recommend buying a more expensive one such as Kala, in case you are serious about your needs.I will be updating this review after a few weeks of use. You can watch this space for updates.Udate after many years: Still a good ukulele and everything I said above still applies.

This is my first ukulele, but I'm not new to stringed instruments (not boasting). I'm very happy with this purchase. It's better than I expected.Pros:1) Sounds quite decent.2) Looks are good too. This matters to me.3) Its finishing is also good. No varnish drips inside. This may differ on some ukuleles, but you might wanna consider these cuz it affects the sound quality.4) If not great but decent hardwares on it.5) You get a chromatic tuner free with this. That's a huge plus.6) Got it delivered in just two days even though I was told it might take up to 4 days. Packaging was first class.Cons:1) The neck was bent and it's more likely you will have that issue too.2) I had to return and get a replacement for it for the same reason and still the replaced ukulele also had a bent neck. I didn't wanna return it again since I know how to adjust the action. You needn't worry about the neck if you're only a beginner. Cuz it will still be very much playable.Fix: If you really want to adjust the neck and you have no previous experience on adjusting it, you can take it to your local music shop and have them adjust it for you. It shouldn't cost you more than Rs.100 max. I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself.Bottom line, go for it.

I have been playing the guitar for over a decade now, and I have a fair bit of knowledge about wood and acoustic instrument making. This ukulele is a wonderfully crafted instrument given its price, and the comes well setup to play out of the box. The sound quality and tone is on the brighter side particularly due to rosewood. The body is however laminated wood with a thin rosewood top. There is a thin bracing around the body, which I don't expect to last long in the Indian weather conditions. However the bracing inside the body looks nice and sturdy. The frets are nicely leveled, and the intonation is okayish for me, as I don't go on the higher frets often. The action however could've been better, and it can be easily achieved by sanding the saddle carefully according to one's preference. It comes with a tuner which makes it easier to get things going, however I would prefer a having gig bag rather than a tuner. To sum it up, this is a very good bargain, you get a very well made instrument for a decent price. It is well suited for beginners to start their musical journey before investing too much into an instrument, as well as semi-pro musicians who want some diversity in their music and want to try out some new sound.
