These do not work for my dogs. Plus the pills style they don’t like so it is hard to get them to take it

I was skeptical giving my husky this. But he has started waking up 3-4 times a night when he hears the deer or cats outside. I gave it to him 2 nights and and he slept all night. I skipped one night and he was up several times again thru the night. My dog is a husky malamute mix 105 lbs. highly recommend this melatonin

I received this product from Amazon on February 16 2025 and the expiration date said April 2025. I called Lignans for Life and they said that Amazon must not have rotated their stock so they will send me another bottle at no charge with an expiration date of at least one year. This product has really helped my dog with Cushings Disease. I highly recommend this product, but check the expiration date.

Our dog is a big puppy and we needed something that would calm him down. This melatonin product was very helpful. Our dog is approaching 20 months and is doing much better. Our groomer said he is doing much better. By the time he reaches two years we should need much less.

I have a Blue/Tan Piebald Minature Dachshund who has Alopecia which is very common in Dachshund’s with Blue hair. When she started losing (only the grey hair) at age of about 7-8 months I was able to get an appointment with a Veterinary Specialist in Dermatology after about a months wait. This doctor is the one who told me about K9 Select Melatonin 1 mg for my then 8 pound puppy. She takes it 2x a day, morning and evening. No, it does not make her sleepy. It is beef flavored and she willingly gobbles it up. She has been taking it twice daily since November 21, 2024 till current date of January 21, 2025 and it is working. Her grey hair is growing back and it is coming in softer than original. I have this K9 Select Melatonin on auto ship now. It is definitely working and I will keep giving it to her. #Alopecia

My doggo has major anxiety issues when riding in any vehicle. 🐶 On our road trip from Calgary to Castlegar, the two prescribed meds Gabapentin and Trazodone weren't cutting it, so I decided to give her a melatonin pill and 30 min later she stopped panting, started to relax and snooze 😴. It helped us finally relax during our long drive. #PetParents #RoadTripSurvival #MelatoninMagic

My dog’s vet suggested I give him melatonin to help with hair regrowth from Cushings. Vet said to just go to the local drugstore and by some over the counter. But instead, I wanted to buy something that was specific to dogs so I found this and continued buying them. Fur eventually grew back but not sure that was because of this melatonin. He never seemed drowsy or sleepy after taking the pill but I just thought maybe it doesn’t affect him as much. More recently, my dog is now older and started having cognitive issues and sundowning, making it very difficult for him (and me!) to sleep because of that. I really needed him to start sleeping better at night and even started doubling these pills. It didn’t work. So I really started to wonder if these pills have even done anything for him all the times I’ve been giving them to him and buying more. So I decided to go to the local drugstore and buy a bottle of melatonin and see if it made a difference. IT DID! The very first night, the drugstore brand made him not only fall asleep quickly but throughout the night! What a difference! I should have listened to the Vet the first time and just stuck with buying them at any local drugstore instead. So unfortunately, I can’t say this brand of melatonin just didn’t do anything for my dog. Now I’m even questioning if it’s even really melatonin. Stick to the ones made for humans, just make sure it’s flavorless and not the gummies.

Not chewable as advertised: these are caps. But they are easily openable to spread on food. Just started 10 days ago for AlopeciaX on a Pomeranian, so waiting/hoping to see some results soon.
