This mail was fine. I added him to the dogs food. They eat it right up. Even when I don’t when I gave it to him straight, they’ll still eat it. They don’t get it every day. I sometimes want them to be a little calmer, so I will give them a couple, it takes a while for me to notice but when it kicks in, I can really tell the difference. I used to give my dogs Ashwagandha powder, but this is more convenient. I would recommend.

I purchased these calming agents for my young pup with is a Aussie mix. He is high energy, and these work great for him right before bed time. I only give him 2 per night (instead of the recommended 3), which works great. He is 47 lb. I really like them. This is my 2nd purchase.

I was so excited to get these! I compared ingredients of several brands for weeks, and narrowed it down to these. I appreciated the fact that they didn’t have melatonin in them…I wasn’t trying to make my dogs sleep. HOWEVER, they didn’t do anything to calm either of my goldedoodles down (4 yr old - 50 lbs, 7 month old - 25 lbs). The 4 yr old has horrible anxiety, is very clingy and trembles when it sprinkles, thunders, when we go on car rides…in general, daily. The puppy, well he is a puppy. Loaded with energy, constantly barking, jumping on us, and in nonstop need for attention. I know that is normal for a puppy, but sometimes I NEED a break, just a little bit of peace & quiet. Anyway I was very hopeful that these could help all 3 of us. We’ve tried them for about a week now, and sadly for us, I haven’t noticed any change in their behaviors. They do love the taste of their new “treats,” but unfortunately for us, that’s all they are. Treats.

It works great in combination with other exercise and training. I would not suggest giving more than one a day to any dog, regardless of size. Or atleast not more than one a day routinely. It really messed up both my dogs’ stomachs when I gave them more than one a day. Slightly concerning but they have been absolutely fine since only doing just one.

I have a five pound tiny toy poodle and these didn’t even phase her. She loves eating them, but they don’t calm her down.

I have a very high anxiety dog who is already on prescription medicine. But the vet also told me to add CBD treats. Usually, my dog who is a very picky eater does not like CBD treats. But she’s eaten these consistently every day. We recently had a baby and last time I brought a baby home her anxiety went through the roof. But this time she’s been very calm and acts like nothing has changed. I don’t know if it’s due all to the treats but I’m very grateful for whatever effect they’re having

I just bought these in January, and they were $19.99. What's up with the $10 increase in price? I've actually purchased these multiple times for much cheaper. My dog loves these but I had to go with a more economical brand.Update: The seller reached out to me offering a discount code, which is really great. I do see that the price has been lowered by $8, so I had to order some. My dogs love these calming treats, and they work really well for them. My older dog is afraid of storms, and when I know one is rolling in I give him the treat and it helps him tremendously. The puppy doesn't need them, but honestly they must taste fantastic cause she loves them. I've tried two other brands and neither dog will even eat them. I do think going forward I'll have to stick with these Petaxin Calming Treats for Dogs, for my dogs they work, and great customer service. Changing my rating from 3 to 5.

I tried this brand of relaxing pup chews because we have a large dog who is afraid of almost everything! He hates fireworks, thunder, getting his nails clipped, etc. And we had two very large tree limbs that were ripped off one of our trees during a storm and fell on both my son's vehicles a year or so ago and shook the house. Just before the limbs fell the cable box made a clicking noise as it does when it resets. Now, every time it resets he gets agitated, pants, paces, mand cries. And getting his nails clipped is about impossible. I have seen him chill out significantly with these chews. I even clipped his nails by myself! With a muzzle of course. Anyway he loves the taste of these treats too. I have another brand that works well but he doesn't like the taste at all. Also, beware your dog may get more agitated with calming treats that contain hemp. Our little dog gets bad anxiety when I give him anything with hemp in it.
