Seller contacted me and sent not only the bad battery exchange but an entire new order which has 2 batteries and a charger. They responded fast and you cant beat customer service like that. Definitely recommend this seller "original review" Cant find how to contact seller so hopefully this works. The battery isn't 3 months old and will not work anymore. Tried charging with 2 different chargers and still nothing

Charger work great, came with 2 batteries only one was useful as second battery lasted one use, first battery lasts 1/2 the original Arlo battery but gets me time to charge Arlo battery.

I bought these to replace my aging Arlo Go batteries, I have 2 of them, I must say I am impressed so far… l was a little hesitant to try, but so glad I did, so far they are performing above my expectations!

Bought this unit, which has generally worked fine, except on of the batteries does not hold a charge after 10 months of use. I know this because I rotate 3 rechargeable batteries, which I have numbered. This one lasted a couple of days in the Arlo Go with a full charge, compared to several weeks for the other batteries. I'm writing this review, because I asked about a warrantee before I purchased this and the seller said it had a one year warrantee. Now I can't contact them. Every link goes to Amazon customer service. So maybe they'll see this review and get in touch.

Not sure how wide spread this is, been using one of the batteries in my Arlo for 4 or 5 days. In that time, it reports 100% charge without ever dropping at all. Wondering at what point it will need to be recharged. Will update this as I learn more. While it would be nice, I don’t think these batteries are that much more efficient than the official Arlo batteries.
