I put 3 of these on my tip-ups for walleye night fishing and they work perfect. I never like using gadgets that are watch -type battery powered because you never know when they will fail and not easy to replace. They will be awesome for the rest of this season at least.

It really seems like the switch on is upside down for 1 thing, and the tip flag rod almost has to be pointed slightly downward or the light wants to come on
