My majhong pad came today. It was folded. I steamed it with my iron with a cloth over it. It took all the folds out and is perfect. Although I haven’t played with it yet. I will on Tuesday.

The mat helps with moving tiles and keeping sound down. The quality is not as good as one I previously bought. It comes folded and there are cracks on the fold. My other one was rolled and in perfect shape. Design is lovely, as is the color.

Love this product! Yes it comes folded. Yes it's is wrinkled and not laying flat when you get it. I have a hand held steamer and used it to flatten the Mat. I steamed it on both sides while pressing on it to help it flatten.It only took a few minutes and worked beautifully. You can see in the pic the line where it was folded but its laying flat. Leave it flat or store it rolled in the bag and you're good to go!

I ordered this matt for playing games on, but it came folded not rolled, so it has bends in it that I have no way of removing and an area came out of the plastic and lost some of the covering. It also comes with a storage bag, REALLY, this is a joke. The bag is so big you could fit 4 matts rolled up! It should fit snug around a single matt. Ridiculous!!I should have refused the delivery at the door!

I love having a table mat. It makes me feel like a REAL mahjongg player, no matter how bad my game is! Having a mat gives you a little more control over the tiles. Not really essential, but a nice extra. Great quality item, reasonable price, handy storage bag.

As others have noted, sometimes these arrive rolled up and other times folded. Ours were folded and required a hand-held clothes steamer to remove the creases. Good news is: now they’re perfect and they look great!

Looks great and it fit my card table. I like that it was shipped rolled. I've had other mats before delivered folded and it is difficult to get the fold marks off in order to use it on a table. Kudos to the seller on that!
