Tea pot is beautiful but top was broken. Was able to fix it so did not have to return it.

Although the box pictured a different pattern, the kettle itself was as pictured. Seems to be good quality. Quite happy with it so far.

After going through multiple ceramic and glass large teapots, only to have them break during washing or the typical handling of a typical family (mostly the lids), I am glad that I found this one. It is a full 2 litres (I measured it), it feels pretty well balanced for such a large pot, and has a pretty well dripless poring spout. The enamel-on-steel feels like it will last forever. But the metal core of course lets out the heat quickly. That's easily solved by putting a couple of tea towels through the handle as a makeshift tea cozy. After a month or so of heavy family use, I have no regrets with this purchase.N.B. We use it only as a tea pot, but it can also be heated on the stove with the burners set no higher than medium - it is a tea kettle too! With the steel core I can only assume it cannot be microwaved.

I had to replace a beautiful Villeroy and Boch teapot that is no longer available. This is not only pretty but it heats up water for tea/coffee quickly and efficiently. The lid has to be held down as you pour, but otherwise, I love it.

I love this teakettle! It looks adorable in my kitchen and is good quality despite the low cost.

There are only 2 things that this tea kettle has going for it. It will boil water and its outside is beautiful. Other than that, I have no use for it! It started to rust the first week, the handle will not stay up, the handle gets too hot and the lid falls off if draining the kettle.
