My husband was very pleased with this gun although we havent used it yet. He said the construction was really nice and the magazine was well made and heavy. It did not come with the hopper that it advertised as coming with though. That is the only reason for taking away 1 of the stars.

With the hopper on top, it's impossible to aim. Paintballs fall very fast. You must shoot over the target to hit it. On a power scale 1-10, it's about a 3.

This is a great paint ball gun. No CO2 cartridges to replace, it uses spring action I believe. Which makes it not so dangerous ( in my opinion). You still don't want to shoot a person or animals with it. It would hurt at point blank range but further away you would be fine. * I do not condone shooting animals or people * * I recommend eye protection *It shoots pretty far , about 75 ft if I had to guesstimate ( maybe a lil further). It's accurate enough for my kid to continuously hit a paper target we attached to the shed. It has a safety button, a rubber barrel blocker for extra safety, the tank holds a good amount of paint balls. My son loves it, he is 11. Also the company was extremely helpful. The first one that was sent never arrived or was maybe taken from my porch, or went to a wrong address.. idk. But, after some email correspondence they sent out a new one which arrived in time for Christmas. I am so thankful they quickly resolved the issue. I definitely recommend this item. A safer way for your kid to have some paint ball fun.

It doesn't work. The paintballs shot so slow they do not break. You may get better results by throwing them with your hand. Very disappointed as the kids were looking forward to having a paintball war after Christmas. Save yourself the money and disappointment. Do not buy!
