Warm Tips:
- Although the repair is very simple, we recommend that you watch the full tutorial before replacing it. If you feel that you can't do it, ask an experienced person for help.
- When disassembling Joycon, be careful of those cables, and the disassembly should be as gentle and careful as possible!
- When assembling Joycon, make sure all cables are securely connected.
- If the joystick is still drifting, use the NS setting to calibrate the joystick after installation (The latest 10.0.3 system of Switch does not support the calibration function).
Note: After replacing the joystick, you must hold down the console for 12 seconds and restart it before you can use it.

Everything needed to fix the joycon controllers. All of the tools needed were included as pictured. Took my husband about 30 minutes to fix. The hardest part was getting the flat wires back to stay. He has very minimal experience and has only watched it be done where he works. The video was VERY helpful.

After an unfortunate juice spill ruined our original Joycons, we had to replace them. Unfortunately, the new set developed drift issues over time, and realigning them didn’t work. That’s when I found this Joycon Joystick Replacement Kit, and it turned out to be a fantastic solution!The kit includes everything needed for the repair—joysticks, screwdrivers, pry tools, and even extra thumbstick grips. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process surprisingly smooth. What made it even better was turning it into a family project, which added a fun and educational aspect to fixing our controllers.Now, our Joycons work perfectly again, and we saved money compared to buying another new set.

Installed all 4, install was somewhat simple, however, there were issues with 2 of the 4 joy sticks. One of them didn't work at all, spent about an hour trying to figure it out until I gave up and used another, which worked fine. The 2nd one I installed had a drift worse than the original controller. So a 4 pack ended up being a 2 pack because 2 of them were unusable.

I rarely review a product but I want to say that I am so excited that my joycon drift is now resolved. I was able to make the repairs myself in just a few minutes. Be very patient as you work with the tiny components. Also do yourself a favor and look up joystick replacement videos on YouTube which do a far better job of explaining the process than the high speed short video provided on this product’s Amazon listing. Overall, happy camper here.

付属の1.5のＹ字ドライバーは小さくてなめてしまうので、2.2のＹ字ドライバーを自分で用意して下さい。私は800円くらいのを買い、なめかけたネジを回してフタを開けることができました。最初に交換したスティックは動作チェック数秒で上入力されたままになる不良品でした。2個目の交換でとりあえず動作しています。薄い紐のようなケーブルの扱いは難しく、出来なくはないものの付属のピンセットではやり辛いと思います。付属の説明書は分かり辛いのと、バッテリーを外さない方法なので、わかりやすい動画を探すことをオススメします。バッテリーを外すためのヘラが無いので、外さず行いましたがショートでぶっ壊れる可能性があるそうです。Ｙ字ドライバーのサイズ違いは致命的でバッテリーを外す準備もありませんし、パーツに不良品も混じっている。しかし、私は一応このキット＋別途ドライバー＋動画で交換できました。値段と内容を鑑みて６割ほどの半端な商品として星３とさせていただきます。値段高いので印象的には星２でもいいかもしれません。最初でネジなめてしまうのはダメですからね。

This kit is everything you need to swap out the joysticks on your joycons. The only negative is the instructions are in Japanese. But there are plenty of YouTube videos that walk you straight through replacing them.

Received the toolkit today and was impressed with the quality of the tool kit, I was impressed that it had quality aluminum handled phillips and tri wing screw drivers. The other tools it came with we also really nice such as the tweezers and the spudger, which actually were really helpful and durable and not a cheap afterthought added in. The metal buckles and the joysticks installed with ease, and work perfect. The removal and replacement process was not hard at all, just take your time and be careful with the buckle spring as it tends to fly out when removing it, but there are replacements included if it gets lost. Highly recommend getting this kit as it is high quality and comes with all the necessary components, and they are quality tools and parts for a low price.

These Joysticks were a perfect fix for the constant drift issue I had with the original sticks.The metal alloy clips that came with were an added bonus and they work great.After months of use, the JoyCons were constantly sliding off the system.Now they're better than new.I can't wait to order another set to replace the JoyCons on player 3 and 4 when i can get the extra pocket change and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix their own Joy-Cons.A+ Product...Full disclosure though... when I first received them, I had an issue with one of the Joysticks not registering with the JoyCon.I contacted Customer Support and they sent me a complete replacement set free of charge.While I give the Product 5/5 Stars, I'm also going to give their Customer Service 5/5 Stars as well.I'm ecstatic!!!
