I like the heat-blocking claims of this sunshade. I think this is an important feature, but don’t have any data proving it. I started with the Tesla-branded shades and the heat was intense coming through. I know those are just brightness/glare shades, not heat, so the JOWUA version appealed to me. Unfortunately, the shade just barely fits on the shelves made by the clips. They work, but the shallow shelves make the shade harder to install than it needs to be. The clips on the Tesla-branded shades were more secure. I do like that the idea here is that you can leave the JOWUA clips installed year-round and insert the shade when needed. The other great thing about these shades is that the fit in the lower rear trunk well. The rear shade on the Tesla-branded set was too big for that. These shades are as easy to fold as any spring-like sun shades. Similar to the Tesla shades. If JOWUA comes out with updated clips with deeper shelves, this would be a 5-star product. (I also like that they blend into the interior better than the black versions, such as the Tesla shades).

The sunshade looks nice and has good Youtube reviews, but my package only contained 6 clips, not enough as per the instruction video to mount. The clear plastic box containing the clips had the tamper sticker voided, meaning someone got to this before I did. I had to submit for a replacement, but the replacement will not arrive in time. Is Jowua selling new stock, or also selling returns but not checking everything to make sure it is complete?
