2 stars for every thing being included. 0 stars for beginner friendly. There are no instructions and QR code on the back of the pamphlet leads to a you tube that still doesn’t tell me what size needle to use etc. and the needles aren’t numbered. Also, the embroidery fabric isn’t correctly sized to fit each embroidery hoop.

I like that this goes from very beginner to quite advanced! It will keep me and my oldest children practicing for some time. The instructions are detailed well enough to be able to follow along, at least at the beginner sections. I haven't made it past the first embroidery hoop yet, but was able to look ahead and understand what it wanted me to do. I can't wait to make the 3D flowers! I have a few projects in mind, and this will be the perfect start to achieve those. I like that it also teaches lettering. It's a good quality set. Everything is as pictured and works as intended! This would make a great gift for a crafter.

I buy a lot of embroidery kits because I really like having the printed practice stitches. This set is a great one with a few stitches I have not had on others. The printed lines are clear and well labeled. The booklet with instructions is also very clear with pictures that help. I love that there are multiple sizes of hoops, and the bag to hold the threads is great and something I've not had in other kits. This is a really wonderful kit for beginners and would make a great gift for someone who wants to learn. Absolutely worth the price.

The six-pack beginner embroidery kit is an excellent resource for anyone eager to learn the art of embroidery. This comprehensive kit includes essential tools such as various needles, colorful embroidery threads, and practice fabric, making it ideal for novices. I discovered that online tutorials from Josonglax are particularly helpful, especially for those of us who are visual learners. These videos provide step-by-step guidance and clear demonstrations, making it easier to grasp techniques compared to the manual book, which can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. Overall, this kit and the online resources have made my embroidery journey enjoyable and accessible.

This is such a cool kit! It has everything you need to start embroidery. It comes with multiple hoop sizes, detailed instructions for each stitch, needles, thread, the fabric with the printed stitches numbered from easiest to most difficult. The hoops are plastic, since I’m completely new to this craft I’m not sure if that is relevant or not. I did buy a kit from my local craft store which had a wooden hoop. I opened it up and realized I had no idea how to complete the craft even though it was also a “kit”. I think this kit will actually TEACH me. I’m excited to get busy working on this. I think it is a good value considering it includes all materials needed for a newbie, step by step levels of hoops as well as instructions for each stitch and it can lead to you gaining a new skill that you can use to craft for your lifetime. I’d recommend this product!

Several of my kids have done embroidery at 4H and other crafting, but when they finished those small projects they nothing simple to start on next. I ordered this kit to put them back on the path before they completely forget how to even start. We already have some of the tools and thread, but having it all in a kit makes it much simpler to get going. That's always the big problem, overcoming that initial hesitation of "I don't remember, where do I start?".Reasonable price for a big variety. I think the kids will really enjoy this gift.

I obtained this beginner embroidery kit for my wife, who wanted to learn and embroider some of our kids first writings into something more permanent and timeless. It has everything you need as a beginner. It has QR codes that you can scan with your phone to pull up video tutorials on YouTube. My wife was able to practice using kit and then after about 2 week, use those skills to transfer our kids' writings to embroidery cotton fabrics.Overall, I would recommend this beginner embroidery kit for people new to embroidery or those who need a refresher.

I live on a farm (or was, when I was young). Working on large land parcels is hard on clothes and it happened last summer that I put a rip in my shorts in such a location that I decided an embroidered leafy thing would work better than a patch. And I suddenly realized I no longer remembered how to do that. I know I used to, and was good at it...decades ago. This is a terrific kit. It comes with a plentiful supply of embroidery floss if you don't happen to have your own large collection, needles -can never have too many of those, ditto with the needle threader. Also comes with six hoops, they're plastic but if you leave your stitched work in the hoops for framing purposes (and future quick reference in my case) it should be okay. I have no idea what a 'threading sheet" is, but there's one in there, too.It also claims to have a video tutorial, that I suppose references what I think is a QV code on the back of the instruction booklet, but I don't know how to make my smart phone do those things - it is smarter than me. But that's okay, because the booklet has really good, easy to follow instructions and for me, this is more a refresher than learning a new thing, and the projects left in the hoops will be a refresher-at-a-glance the next time I need to repair or decorate something....which is likely to be sooner rather than later.Really like this item...and it also makes a good gift for girls and boys.
