Very light duty but it serves it's purpose for safety. Don't expect a real lock they are plastic and can be opened by a good pull.

I'm very satisfied with the kit & it has everything I need for safety around the house and my rental properties. Each type of lockout item is individually separated in plastic bags for quick retrieval! Love it

OK, this one is personalI have friends and family members missing fingers and having TBI due to improper tagging outhaving a convenient-to-use- comprehensive kit -- that is proper and conspicuous (no "dont press post-it notes plz) keeps shortcuts from happening .. it makes best practices easier.This is for people's livesand I'd like to make clear, these are great for small operations that don't have full standards in operation - even at home.note, beyond human safety, it can save you money -- I wish, years ago, I had tagged out my boat (I had drained the oil) when my dad took it out

This lockout/tagout kit is all I've ever dreamed of in regards to safety. It is complete, easy to carry and quality made.I took a few pictures to show the box and the contents. I kept everything in its plastic bags, because it keeps me organized and makes getting what I need much easier; however, I took some of my favorite items out to give a good idea of the quality. You can see from the pictures that the pieces are made to be effective, yet easy to remove to get back to the job at hand.I am considered the "lockout/tagout" fanatic around my place. I've seen too many accidents, some tragic, that could have been prevented by a simple safety check. I don't care how urgent a job is, no job is worth taking chances. Some laugh, but I don't bend on lockout/tagout procedures. The completeness of this kit allows me to implement safety measures to mitigate possible disaster. The red warnings work to let others know of potential dangerous situations.It's no different than child proofing a home, prevention beats the cure every time.
