These needles are strong but a little flexible for epp. I like that they will get a slight bend with use. I'm not gentle in my stitching and often sew through dried glue. It takes a lot to break a needle. Even still, buying in bulk is cost effective.

I have been using these needles for my English Paper Piecing as well as my hand piecing and other hand sewing. They are long enough to grab onto, but not too long to make stitching difficult. It has a very small eye, but works perfectly with the Clover desktop needle threader, so that's not a problem at all. They are very thin, but still sturdy so I really love them!

These size 11 needles have a super slip eye so they fit through size 10 and 11 beads easily. And they don't bend and bow the way beading needles do. And lest you worry, these are easy to thread and I am an old lady! I use size B Nymo thread and have NO trouble.
