Remote won't stopping blinking. It will turn on to do the try me option but won't actually drive. Not sure why the remote is blinking as it has new batteries. Couldn't find anything on Google about how to fix. 70 dollars for plastic in the ground. Waste of money.

We bought this as it is the only grown up remote control john deere available widely.Got this for our son for Christmas; opened on Christmas day and easy to set up and use. There are intermittent pairing issues when the remote or tractor goes into power saving, no biggie. Turn them both off then on again.The issue is the thing does steer well. Sometimes it can turn to the left but broadly speaking this essential function is broken.My son is gutted and blaming himself for not working it right. I suggested it may be broken and we should send it back to santa and the response was why would santa send him broken toys, was he bad.Shame on Britains/Tomy. John Deere should license to another manufacturer.Update: Amazon sent a replacement (excellent support btw) and the replacement still has this issue...... my poor wee man has to put up with this junk

This is very disappointing for an expensive toy. After only a few uses the remote control developedan intermittent fault. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t, so the child loses interest. I changed batteries twice with no discernible difference still works and then doesn’t.

Our grandson is autistic and enjoys remote control toys. He loves John Deere tractors so I was pleased when I found this one. It’s made very well & reacts quickly to the controller. He loves it, so I highly recommend it.

Such a cute toy, but the battery wouldn't stay in causing it to not connect to the remote. My little boy was disappointed bc it was the only thing he wanted from Santa.
