I needed a case that would hold 3 CF Express B cards and some regular SD's for my Nikon. I have another JJC that I like but it holds only 2 CF cards so I opted to add this one. The CF cards fit fine but the SD cards don't really seat very well in their cutouts. I will keep it but would rate it a lot higher if I felt the SD cards were more secure when I open the case. If you only need something for your SD cards, look elsewhere.

After looking for a long time, I found this and it was exactly what I needed. It is easy enough to get cards in and out, but seems to hold them securely. I have no reason to believe this won't last a long time.

Rugged and tough, for sure. Positive locking mechanism. Molded rubber slots, not slits in sponge foam as in other products. My only suggestions are that 1) the rubber composition be made more grippy--higher friction index--and 2) each slot be made a smidgeon deeper. Although well constructed, the case releases some of the cards when it's opened, sometimes causing a cascade of clattering cards. Firm pressure when inserting cards into molded slots is required, but for some reason the cards do come loose. Overall, a good buy. Addendum, May 9, 2021. The cards consistently come loose inside the case. Easy to tell, when just picking up the case you think you're in a mariachi band in the percussion section because of all the cards clattering within the echo chamber of a case. What would prevent this? Maybe...deeper slots, infinitesimally smaller slots to offer a tighter grip, more friction in the rubber..... Deducted one star after days of use.

I mostly do outdoor photography and so wanted something that would protect my XQD and SD cards from moisture and accidents. This case is compact enough that it easily fits in my backpack. The yellow rubber gasket around the SD card half seems well attached and fits very snugly into the opposing half, I have not tested it but it seems like it would keep water out. The cards all fit quite well into the provided spaces but are are not so jammed in there that they are difficult to remove. If you fill all the slots plus have cards in your camera, I cannot imagine you would run out of room before you could offload photos to an external drive or your computer. This should provide plenty of storage space for all but the most active professional photographers. I don't see why anyone would have a case that isn't water resistant, even if you spend your days in a studio. You never know what could happen and you will regret it if something ruins your cards that could have been prevented.

Great product, but I have to deduct a star for two reasons.1. The closing latch is very tight and difficult to open. That's both good and bad - never have to worry about it accidentally opening, but I almost need a pry bar to pop it open at times2. The XQD slots hold securely, but the SD slots are just a little loose and the cards can pop out if you aren't carefulThis is where I wish Amazon allowed half stars, because this is really a 4.5 star item.

Great case so far. After a few months, no leakage after being exposed to Colorado outdoors in my camera bag. Protects and organizes my cards well. I have not tested the water resistance, but the case feels very well built, so I imagine it will be fine being exposed to a light drizzle.The SD are fairly tight in their slots, which means they are secure, but also a little hard to remove. I've found using my fingernail under the bottom of the card is the most effective way to remove a card.

Hasta el momento no he tenido problemas con el case, sujeta bien las tarjetas y las protege de golpes. El plástico del que está hecha es muy duro lo cual te da más confianza para guardar la información de las tarjetas sin preocuparte de que se te caiga o alguien la patee o la pise. Le caben 12 SD o 12 MicroSD o 12 SD + 12 MicroSD.

In my opinion, this is one of those products that knocks your socks off with its quality versus price. Let me expand.I never intend to use this product near on in the water, so I'll never know if the waterproof seal is adequate. However, what I needed was a sturdy case to protect my cinema camera SD card and to assist me in not losing them. This case seems very well made, specifically gauging by the feel and fit of the lock and the hinges. Inside is just like the product picture shows and the SD cards fit well and are easy to place in and remove from the case. The inside is made of what feels like nice high density rubber.It also came with a cleaning cloth. Not a deal sealer, but nice nevertheless. I currently plan to buy their other one for combo SD and CF for my compact flash cards. It also comes with a cleaning cloth.

I just got my Fotasy SD card case and love it. It is very sturdy and holds 12 SD cards firmly in place. I tried to shake the cards out of the open case but they are solid. While I haven't tried dunking this case to see if it is watertight it has a flexible rubber seal (shown in yellow) The case fits nicely in my gear bag or just as well in a back pocket. I don't see any case getting better than this one even for 2x the money. This is an easy recommendation for me to make and I will be buying more.
