This toy is great for my 3 year old boy. He loves to watch the cars go around while using his imagination to build the track through and around furniture. Customer service from this company has been top notch as one of the pieces came faulty. Reine made sure I got a replacement and even threw in extra stuff which was great!

We got this as a Christmas gift for our toddler who loves loops and car tracks. However, we were pretty bummed when the wrong kit arrived with no loop. We did not love the kit that came in and I was hesitant to even reach out to the seller because I know how much of a hassle it can be to get any support sometimes. But this was not the case, there was absolutely no hassle. They went well above and beyond in order to get us the right kit and kept regular open communication. Even after the fact the lady helping us followed up to make sure everything was okay.My son loves the track, the kit with the loop and cars are made surprisingly well. The cars are made very well and are actually pretty fast, with enough torque to go around the loop which surprised me. It’s a great fun gift for kids and I couldn’t be happier with the toy, but really the customer service is incredible. A true breath of fresh air to deal with such friendly customer support. I will order more from this seller.

I ordered this for my 2.5 year old for Christmas. I can tell that there are multiple versions of the dinosaur track because I did not get the one advertised with the loop (see pictures) but I didn’t realize that until now.When we first opened the box, I was a little intimidated by how the tracks looked. I thought they were going to be a pain to put together, but they’re actually quite simple and quick. I honestly didn’t even realize that the car was battery powered, so that was a bonus. My son LOVES it and plays with it all the time. I will say, the cars do eat up batteries like crazy and the bridge pieces often don’t stay together, so we usually just don’t add the bridge when we play with it. We’ve probably replaced the batteries 3-4 times already since Christmas. Overall, i like the product and would buy more tracks to add to my son’s original collection.

The car in this race set was made of very cheap plastic, that does not match the quality of the track. The car fell apart by the end of Christmas day. We were left with track and a very disappointed little boy.

I purchased the JitteryGit Race Track Glow in the Dark Magic Toy Set on January 6, 2024, for my grandson. The flexible car tracks caught my attention, and they turned out to be a fantastic gift. My grandson was thrilled and played with it endlessly.Unfortunately, one of the cars fell during an exciting play session and got damaged. Since I don’t see my grandson often, I wasn’t informed until 7–8 months later. At that point, I thought there was no way the issue could be resolved due to the time that had passed.I decided to try contacting Amazon, where I purchased it, and they provided me with the supplier’s phone number and email. I reached out, and to my surprise, Reine, the owner of JitteryGit, responded almost immediately! Reine was incredibly understanding, apologetic, and eager to resolve the issue. This is a really cool set, the way it goes upside down looks so gravity defying and magical! It is accomplished by the shape of the car that comes with this set so be aware standard track cars will not go through the loop. The glow and the dark is gimmicky, as it’s not the track itself but just stickers that glow in the dark that you can apply. But overall this is a captivating set that’s really fun! The car goes really fast and the track was easy to assemble.I also had a stellar, absolutely exemplary customer service experience with a missing and malformed piece; I reached out to the email provided and had a response within minutes on Christmas Eve, and then had the matter resolved and the parts on the way to me within another few minutes! Very friendly service and even said they’d send me a free gift for the inconvenience. I’m supper happy with my purchase!
