First, I will say I am 2.5ish level, played around 2.5 years so far, frequently twice a week. And I use it with my buddy who’s a beginner. So, some comments as below if it helps for you to decide:PROs:-- Easy to carry with wheels, my buddy and I are women, and we are skinny. (Although not light still fine to carry by one person)-- decent size fits in my Toyota Camry trunk or even the smaller car’s back seat.-- Enough ball capacity. No need to pick the ball very often. We have 120 balls total, but I think it can have more balls as it said 120-150.-- launching quite smooth, frequency adjustable (refer to next point I wrote for more details). No Jam occasion.-- The App is extremely amazing, beyond I expected. There’s Champ mode for me to do more challenging training. And all else modes, frequency, launching angle, landing location, interval etc. all adjustable. I think it went very well when my buddy used it as a beginner practicing. And you can even record the modes you did, or you want, I will say it’s easier for next time.-- Powerful enough. Totally fine to set the machine on one side of the court while I was on the other side of the court.-- Regarding the small build-in detachable battery. It’s very impressive I have to say! First, it’s on the side of the machine, almost invisible. Second, it lasted long enough for me and my buddy use together, the user manual said its 4-6 hours, but I believed we played 8ish hours couple times on and off, the battery still show 20% remaining. Also, I didn’t feel the ball speed was weakened when it’s under low-battery mode. and it’s still strongly launching balls (I usually use 70% speed). For charging, it’s around 4 hours to be fully charged.CONs:-- The machine is relatively heavier than the basic model of same brand (I tried the basic model from my coach before I decided to buy this one). But it might be similar weight or slightly lighter than other brands similar model (with similar functions), which my personal coach also owned couple models before, so I prefer not to mention brands here (e.g. slxxxxxx etc.) So, it’s still carriable with its big wheels.-- Pricing wise, it might be a bit over budget, or let’s say slightly more expensive, because I notice they courier from Asia directly. So…BUT, when I tried to msg their US team, they seem will have more in stock in US soon in coming months.--They have what’s app/text msg contact to contact. And reply fast regarding my concern and questions, while I was deciding which model to buy. As mentioned above, I believe they have staff in Asia/US time. So easy for me.-- The built-in detachable battery is removable from the side of the machine, which is very convenient! However, the cover of this battery pack was a bit too tight, maybe just my case, it took me half an hour to open it with the help of the after-sales on call.-- The manufacturer/designer is … the machine and app are connected via BLUETOOTH with such a long distance (whole court distance!), I don’t know how they make this work! They didn’t make the connection via Wi-Fi, and my phone still has internet.APP:My phone is a bit old, which is iPhone 12Pro, use the internet MINT. For me it’s easy to connect and runs smoothly. It might take a bit of time for the first time using, due to the connection/detect the model, but follow the manual book. Should be fine. (My buddy had problem connect the app with machine at the first time, took a while, although this didn’t happen to me. ) The app is easy to read for each page. Font’s size and layout are overall good for me to read. Need a bit of time to study how to well-program based on what you need, not take much time. Um…. You cannot copy the sequence for the first couple steps, but it’s not a problem for me, or I just save in my records in the app. Total 4 records can be saved. And it can even adjust the machine center when I didn’t place it properly at the beginning. I don’t need to walk all the way from one side of the court to the other side next to the machine.I will give another review after another couple weeks’ using!
