Doesn’t fit 16oz Ball Mason jars.Ball is the most popular mason jar and these claim to fit but it is too long.Once again the cheap Chinese junk doesn’t work as advertised. Save your money and just get squeeze bottles of honey

Three days of use and I love it. Snug fit. Fits all the way to the bottom. Only fit in pint jars nothing bigger, especially if you want to get to the bottom.

This product works well as a honey dipper. The only observation I have is that the stem length is about a millimetre too long resulting in the lid not seating all the way on the bottle. It still seals the bottle.

This Jarware 82624 Wide Mouth Honey Dipper is actually for the regular sized jar lids. It does not actually snap into the lid, as stated, but it staysin place when you lift it by the handle. If using it for raw honey, a lot of honey stays on the large dipper. It may do that with any honey, though. You really have to hold a spoon, or whatever your drizzling, under it and over the jar. Otherwise, it will string honey on the sides of the jar. This honey dipper works well and looks great with my farmhouse decor. If you love to have yummy honey easily accessible whenever you want, I would definitely recommend it.

As you can see in the photo, this dipper is 1mm too long to fit in a standard Ball Mason Jar, which causes the lid to not quite close. This is true even when you get the dipper to 'pop' into the metal ring like other reviews said. Fortunately for me, I was able to pull the dipper stem out of the orange top part, saw off about 2 mm, reattached the dipper, and voila, now it fits. So if you have a small toothed saw and some C-clamps, and an extra 10 minutes of your life, this is a great product: durable, washable, functional, cute. If you don't have those things, maybe try something different.

I'm going to use the same review for each of the Mason Jar lids we bought from Jarware. Buy this!!! These lids are awesome. They fit properly and we got everything from the juicer to the honey lid. Cleaned up our counter and made everything look really nice and tidy. Jarware is awesome stuff and I'm a HUGE fan. The pricing is great which I appreciate bc we are at home taking care of my Mom right now so $$ is a concern for us. Really nice product, great pricing.

Me encanta todo lo de esta marca pero este accesorio concretamente no me gusta nada. Si pudiera sacarse la cuchara sin desenroscar la tapa seria mas útil, pero tal y como está diseñado no me gusta nada.

I use honey often, and buy it in bulk, then transfer it to a smaller jar for serving. I wanted a better way to serve the honey than a spoon or a wooden honey dipper that would need to be washed afterwards, but I had a few criteria:1. It needed to be low mess.2. It needed to be dishwasher safe.3. It needed to be air tight. After doing a bit of research and looking into a number of different products I settled on the jarware lid because it was easy to clean, low mess, and should allow for a fairly air tight seal so ambient moisture wouldn't spoil the honey. When it first arrived it worked well, however, it didn't seat into my ball mason jar screw band properly, so the band would move around a bit while serving the honey and occasionally slip down over the server, leading to a mess. While mildly annoying, It was only occasional. I decided to do some searching into other mason jar brands and discovered that kilner screw bands are the exact size to fit the jarware top. The top seats perfectly, and the kilner lid is the right size to screw onto my ball mason jars. So for those who want the lid to seat snugly, get a kilner metal screw band, and use it with your regular jars.

I buy raw unpasteurized honey from a local bee farm here in the AZ desert which is sold in Ball Mason regular mouth jars, so this is exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't know that until I discovered it on Amazon and it couldn't be more perfect because I can keep it sealed too. I did find some pretty honey servers out there but the dipper left an opening ants could get into. I am using it in a Qt jar since that is how I buy my honey even though recommended for a small one and it works fine.At first, I was disappointed like so many other reviews because it didn't seem to fit completely inside the metal ring so I started to look for something different when I decided to check the reviews to see if anyone else experienced the same problem. I am so glad I did because I learned others reported the same issues but then mentioned what they did to get it to fit. There is like two sentences worth of instructions in small print on the box it came in, that if you don't read and follow, it will not fit properly and you will have difficulty skewing the lid on. Secret I didn't read here is be sure to run the metal rim part under hot water for a minute and then put the dipper part inside the rim and press on both sides with a strong push until it "snaps" into the rim then you can skew it back on the jar with no problem.

Beekeepers and honey lovers understand that honey is hygroscopic - meaning that it draws moisture from the environment around it. Honey in an unsealed or loosely sealed dispenser becomes more liquid and more likely to ferment as it is exposed to the air. This honey dipper is the ideal fix. It keeps the honey safely sealed and yet the dipper is easily available to drip into your tea or onto your toast. After several months of daily use I still think it's great! I only wish it was available in other colors. Orange was never my favorite color and it doesn't go especially well with honey. But for me the utility of this dipper outweighs the orange aesthetic. And, since it attaches to any standard Mason jar you can use it with decorative jars and even colored jars.
