Great backpack, well made, lots of pockets and compartments, despite its size it is very light. A slightly stiffened back is a plus. The white interior makes it easier to find small items. My previous Jansport backpack is over 20 years old and is still in good condition, I hope this one will replace it with dignity.

The zipper gets caught on the liner next to the zipper.All the time it's hard to get out. I'm very frustrating bag is not worth the money. It's stock and I can't get it on stock. Would like a refund?

This backpack has plenty of storage and it’s a great size for a high school or college student. It is great quality and the water bottle holders are great for holding stanley water bottles, as you can tighten the straps around the handle. Very nice backpack, good quality lots of storage and space.

I asked on amazon what color the inside and got a couple replies that it was black inside. But mine is white. Which I preferred. It makes it brighter inside and easier to find things. Might show more grime over time but time will tell.Another nit pick is the main compartment kinda snags on itself when unzipping which is kinda annoying but I'm still giving this bag a 5/5.

I was interested in this backpack because of the configuration of pockets - it works out well. However, the material instead of being fabric-like is a bit crunchy and plasticy and it has a tendency to get caught in the zippers. So far, I've taken it on one trip and it's been okay.

I bought this as a gift, & they absolutely love, love, love this backpack!! It has a tons of room, & lots of pockets, inside & outside. It's water resistant & waterproof. The quality of this Jansport is amazing!! It is exactly what he wanted, & I knew it the second I saw it on Amazon. The fabric is beautiful & very sturdy. The straps are thick & padded, & there are two options to clip it around from the back to your front, (around your chest or waist) so it can't fall off. The price was excellent given a lifetime guarantee & it arrived in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this item. A+++++

If you are looking for a big backpack that doesn’t look big, this is the one. This backpack has three big compartments. I would say that the main compartment is the same size than my previous ordinary backpack. But the other two, are almost the same size as the main one and you will not notice it until you put stuff in.The only down side are the zip leash, they couldn’t go cheaper. But I replace them and now it looks awesome

I've had this pack for about half a year now and it's went through books for school, supplies for work, and have taken it on weekly hikes. The thing still looks and feels brand new! I don't feel like I have to baby it at all even when I have several text books in it. It fits very comfortably but I had my doubts at first when I felt how dense the straps were. After putting a lot of weight into this thing I can honestly say that the straps will be your ally. If I remember right, the pack is also very light for it's size (too lazy to look up the exact weight). Overall I would suggest this pack to anyone who is looking for a nice daypack.
