Strap broke at seam after less than 30 days of use; Lilly was contacted about issue. They will not exchange. They do not stand behind their products. Don’t waste your money. I will continue to carry this bag by the handle until I can afford one from Vera Bradley.

I loved the look of this backpack, but I returned it based on the light color and fabric of the straps. I feared they would be dirty after one trip to the pool.
