Purposely bought to use as a tomato core for canning season. Much sturdier than the pepper corer I originally had. The zucchini corer worked very well as intended, and as a tomato corer too. The pepper corer allowed me to core jalapenos faster than the two people helping chop the peppers. 70 pounds of peppers,100+ pounds of tomatoes and unknown amount of zucchini/cucumber canned or cooked for dinner all proceeds with these tools. Still sharp and ready for next harvest season. Have purchased for fellow canning friends.

If you’re doing any canning you gotta have these little gadgets . Saves you a lot of hard work but definitely no kids helping as these tools are very sharp but get the job done nicely . Bet our Grandparents would of liked to have these around back when !! Good $$ But must have .

I've only used the jalapeño corer so far but it works great on bigger peppers, on smaller ones, it tends to split the peppers.

These are handy but I would like them a bit sharper for easier and quicker use. Overall a good purchase is you aren’t needing to use these a lot .

Ideal little tool for the kitchen. Excellent coring of not only peppers, cucumbers, and zucchini, but other vegetables as well. Excellent price. Very sturdy

I didn't know this product existed and have been somewhat satisfied so far haha. It works amazing on large jalapenos but small ones it's kinda hard to get everything out. Overall it's pretty good and very handy.

Of course they arrived very quickly. Thanks, Amazon!Core'ers are very sharp and do their job very well. The Jalapeno corer has some teeth inside that grab the seed pod on the way out. A friend of mine has one that is another brand and the teeth are not very prominent, consequently the jalapeno internal seeds don't get pulled out on the first try. I stuff mine with a mix of (cooked) turkey breakfast sausage (hot) and shredded pimento cheese mix, all wrapped in bacon. Far better than the store bought ones. The Zucchini one works equally well. Same stuffing but no bacon. Roasted in the grill and they are awesome! The Jalapeno one has some teeth nearer the handle that you can use to cut off the stem end.2 Things you should consider: Wear gloves handling the Jalapenos and don't touch your eyes or you will pay dearly. Also, these puppies are SHARP. Be careful. In the end, these add new capabilities to your kitchen and new opportunities for your culinary table.
