This artist quality hake brush is made with extremely fine goats hair and is excellent quality. A hake brush is an oriental wash brush with a long, flat wooden handle. It is perfect for wetting surfaces or applying large areas of colour. Hake brushes hold a lot of water so they re perfect for wetting the surface, doing a large wash, or for picking up excess paint. It is also a soft brush so it won t lift previous layers of colour.

It really does smell of damp goat when wet, so I know it's goat hair. Not the highest quality hake you can buy, which was obvious by the price, but seems good enough and looks to be made well enough that it'll last a fair while.

Malheureusement produit inutilisable pour moi, dégage une odeur forte et désagréable. Même après trempage dans l'eau pendant 2 jours ......Il a fini à la poubelle. Par contre rien à redire sur la livraison.
