The sound just isn’t right. Not muffled but almost hard to hear sometimes even with volume up high. I normally like Jabra but I think China mfg is messing with their quality.

Comfortable and lightweight feel. Great sound and build quality. Auto mute when you tilt the mic upwards.The mono headphone format allows you to switch usage to the other ear when one ear gets tired.I would have rated it 5 if not for the finicky software... settings get reset on some apps for some reason.

Have an employee that works from home - kids sometimes scream in the background. You hear NOTHING on the other side.Incredible

Nice sound clarity! Advertising said it came with the muting/answering device/extension. I did not receive that so the cord is really short. Company has not responded to my inquiry...but the device works great....kinda hurts my head a little but could be just new for me, I have never worked from home and/or worn a headset for 8hrs a day.

I'm using the Jabra Engage 50 with my phone (Pixel 4). It's very comfortable, light, and simple. Worth the high price for those reasons, in my opinion.
