Easy peasy to put together. Swivels smoothly. Securely holds my Blue Yeti. Cord organization is so tidy. Works like an absolute dream.Buying a second one as soon as the boom arm for my other mic fails. (Already failing after only a few months.)Not sure how it'll hold up, but it feels STRONG. Will update if it breaks.

The IXTECH LIZARD model mic arm impresses with its sturdy build, sleek design, and 360° swivel for excellent adjustability. The built-in cable management system keeps your setup tidy, and the detachable rise column adds flexibility. It's easy to install and holds even heavier microphones securely without sagging. While it's slightly pricier than basic models, the quality and functionality make it a worthwhile investment for streamers and recording artists. Highly recommended for those needing a reliable and professional-grade mic arm.

マイクがShure mv7のホワイトなのでカラーもピッタリで使わない時は邪魔にならずコンパクトでいいのですがmv7は重いのか、使用していると段々下がってきてしまいます。デザインは気に入っているのでそのまま使用しますが、残念です。

The arms are just solid pieces of metal, no springs no pistons, the arm keeps slowly lowering overtime while im using it. I can tighten it to almost ungodly tightness but it still lowers slowly over time as if there is no friction between the parts that are supposed to have it when its tightened. I wrapped the vinyl washer with paper to add friction and changed to a lighter microphone and the problem seems to have gone away, easy fix, would still probably hold a heavier microphone but they should also include a ring with some texture to it for friction instead

I bought both this and the Elgato Wave Mic Arm LP to compare. I ended up keeping this one. Things to note:- This one looks better than the Elgato. The Elgato arm has the cord run along the TOP of the arm -- WHY? When you could just as easily run it on the bottom and keep it hidden from view. This one looks way better because it doesn't have cable holes running along the top of both arms. The only thing is the plastic cover that slides on the bottom to remove it, is the little plastic pieces aren't very solid; one of mine might have come broken (not sure), but I superglued it and it's fine. But if one breaks it will still stay on.- The Elgato has a better clamp and a better ball connector. The clamp's underside should ideally be a heavy metal plate, straight and flush against the vertical side that goes against the edge of the desk; this prevents wobbling and twisting. The Elgato has this, and IMO it's the perfect clamp: it's sturdy and doesn't budge no matter how I move the arm. This clamp is good, but it's round on the bottom, so if you pull up on the arm, for example, and it's kind of tight, you might notice the clamp tilt or budge slightly (yes, tightened down very tight without digging into the wood). I actually got that clamp and this arm working together, but didn't love that in the long run. Also, the ball connector for the Elgato has a better grip and a bigger screw plate so it's easier to access. I ended up ordering just the ball connector from Elgato for like $10 and successfully use it with this arm -- best of both worlds!- The Elgato arm doesn't have a fold-down accessory holder, that is nice; but I put mine on the back of my desk so it's pointless for me. Oh well, it's optional and unclips easily.Honestly, quite impressed from a random Chinese brand. Wish it was a little cheaper since it's not a name brand, but it looks better than the name brand IMO.

This thing is built like a tank!Pros:- As the title says, it's built incredibly well, the tolerences are amazing!- It's versatile. You can choose the way you want it deployed, with the extra tall arm, with out it, or in which section you want the height-arm to be added.- It hold's up fairly heavy microphones (Rode NT1A + it's shock mount + pop-filter). Although, I probably wouldn't try using it for something like the Electrovoice RE20.- Super easy to swing the mic in and out of positions when you're ready to record and when you're done recording.Cons:- Although the build quality is really great for the arm itself, it isn't the same for the cable cover below.I had the tabs on mine breakoff while trying to install the arm. They are made of plastic and are kind of flimsy.- The mounting mechanism for the microphone/shockmount is a tad finnickey, as you have to exert a lot of force to tighten and secure it, so your microphone doesn't come loose and "swing down".Overall, it's well worth it's price and I would likely not get any other arm for my use case.

I first bought a crane style mic arm, the ones that are over the top. It was a cheap $18 one and it was so cheaply made that it wouldn't be worth it even if it was $5.I quickly returned that and decided to search for a different style of mic arm, so decided the 'low profile' style was the best as it's out of the way and it doesn't block your view in anyway. I originally was going to buy the $99.99 Elgato low profile mic arm but the price seemed too high. So decided on this XTech mic arm that was on sale at the time for $69.90.The quality is fantastic! The movement is pretty smooth, it holds up my mic (q2u) fine and the cable management is a huge plus! The small screws that keep the arm pipe sections in place are VERY small, so be very careful if you are trying to get them out. If they slip out of your hand, they will be very hard to find on the floor! (It happened to me and it took me a good 5 minutes to find it!)The mic holder part swivels and can basically be placed in any direction that you want. The mic arm in general can go in any direction. Both sections of the mic arm can swivel 360 degrees, the 'top' part can go up and down too by the way.I give this a 5/5, but I will say and this shouldn't really deter you from buying this because it is a great mic arm that will last years, but I truly wouldn't pay the base price of $99.90 for this. It's great, but at the end of the day it's just a mic arm. Again, I bought it on sale when it was $69.90 and even that was a lot of money! The market for mic arms is really strange; if you cheap out and buy something that's less than $30, you really get the worst trash imaginable, but if you spend between $70-120, you get an amazing mic arm. It's just weird.
