We ended up returning the stainless version due to bad handle design. Black version arrived a little dented at the very back, but the fridge is nice. Will likely keep it since we are inserting the fridge in an enclosed space where the dent will be hidden.

I am beyond frustrated with the Ivation 8 Bottle Wine Cooler. It stopped working in LESS THAN A YEAR! For a product that’s supposed to preserve wine, this is an absolute failure.It started with inconsistent temperatures, and before I knew it, the whole thing just gave out. The warranty process is a joke—customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I trusted this cooler to store my wine collection, and now I’m left with spoiled bottles and a useless piece of junk.The build quality is terrible, the performance is unreliable, and the customer support is nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product at all costs. I wish I could give it zero stars.

This is a great and very small 8 bottle wine fridge that fits into a a small space on a shelf in my family room. Keeps the wine cool and serves its purpose well.

Have owned several 6 bottle wine coolers that ALWAYS expire shortly after their warranty. Purchased extended service with one unit, it expired 1 month after the extended warranty expired. This unit with the Thermoelectric feature I was told are MUCH better. The unit fits nicely under my kitchen cabinets and is very attractive and keeps accurate temps. As the others it is spaced properly. It arrived earlier than promised by USPS. Have had this unit a short time but really like it and hope it has a long life. Great unit for the price.

I am living in an apartment with another roommate. So I put this in my bedroom. It doesn't take too much space and is quiet once it reaches the preset temperature (I set 13C/55F). I also put a temperature thermometer in it which shows the temperature inside is stable and reasonably accurate. The only con I think is the size of bottle it allows is basically (no larger than) the standard 750ml bordeaux size. For now I am prettty satisfied with this product and I give it 5 stars.

After getting very quick delivery from this company, this is a great wine cooler! For me I set it at 50F and with in a veryfew hours and several bottles of wine in the unit it was at the correct temp. Also, it is so quite you don't even hear itrunning. I have it setting about 4 inches from the wall in back and nothing on sides of unit about 3 inches of it. The lights (2) inside the unit are also super. Can not find anything bad about this unit. Its well worth the money! rg.

A small, countertop wine cooler that's just right for keeping a few whites cool and ready to go. Attractive design, no set up - just plug and play. Stabilized in 4-6 hours and has run quietly and efficiently for the last month. Would buy again.

Our old wine chiller died after years of service. I had already replaced the fan once (12 VDC computer fan) but finally the electronics on the speed control died, and the chiller would not chill. We immediately decided to purchase another one with a little larger capacity. The old one held six bottles and this new one holds eight. The product arrived in perfect shape and was very easy to unpack. The wine chiller lives in the basement so any noise it makes does not bother us in the least, however this chiller is very quiet and fits nicely into the space occupied by the old chiller. The chiller immediately started up and after reading the instructions I set the temperature to our preferred temperature and it started to cool. In a few hours I went down and the temperature was exactly at 46 degrees. I purchased this model because it would chill down to 46 which is the temperature we like wine at. I know that the wine experts like reds at one temperature and whites at another, but my wife and I like it all at the cooler temperature. I do like this model because the taller champagne bottles fit in it, where our older chiller was not deep enough for them to fit. All in all it was a good purchase at a fair price. I did use Amazon points from my Amazon credit card so it turned into a really great price. I just hope it lasts as long as the old one did.

It's a nice size, and the directions were very clear about how to set it up. After letting it sit for a couple of hours outside the box, I plugged it in to let it get to temperature. This one replaced another brand that stopped getting cool enough. So once the Ivation was to temperature, I unplugged the old one and transferred the wine to the new one. Because the old one wasn't cool enough, the temperature in the new one went up temporarily, but quickly got back to the set temperature. It's not loud at all. I'm pretty sure it's quieter than my old one. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase. Hopefully, this one will last longer than the two years my old one did.
