So far refrigerator has been great (3 weeks) love the size, lov the combo of racks for drinks, with drawers for other items.My knock on this, and the reason not a 5 star is the inability to set the temp below 38 degrees. The temp fluctuates constantly between 40 and 36, in just a few minutes. I suspect if you could set the temp to 33 degrees as I can my full size home refrigerator, then there could be a chance of water freezing.Still would like to get the extra few degrees to make this cooler.

The Beverage Refrigerator is great. I like that I can use it as freestanding or under the counter. The slim design of the beverage cooler is nice. The glass door visibility allows me to see what is inside without opening the door all the time. The interior lighting adds ambience to the fridge. The lock on the refrigerator is a plus to keep the children from opening and closing the door non-stop. The fridge can hold cans and bottles, temperature ranges from 36-64F, and LED control display. The LED display is easy to read and use. There are four shelves with the one on the top that has slots for beverages. The temperature memory works well. The stylish handle on the door makes it easier to open and close. The door closes tight. A modern beverage refrigerator that is compact, slim, and sleek in design. I like that it is not loud like others. Keeps the beverages nice and chilled. I can place a mix of bottles and cans. I can even place some wine bottles to chill in the refrigerator. It even game with a wine opener.

The fridge was great for the first four months or so, after that, it appears the compressor is going out and the constant chirp sounds like a swarm of crickets lives in my kitchen. No luck with product or customer support so our only recourse is to trash it. Super bummed because it looks great - we just can’t take the noise.

After reading the other review for this built-in wine cooler from a brand I'd never heard of, I was worried about how loud it would be during operation. Well, friends, these fears were unfounded, and I am pleased as punch with the operation of this dual-zone wine cooler.WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT IT:1. Dual zone temperature control - My house is divided between red and white wine lovers, so this is a great all-in-one solution.2. Reaches desired temperature FAST - within 15 minutes of setting the thermostat this wine cooler had reached the set temperature. And this was on a hot day where even with AC my home was at 86 degrees farenheit.3. SILENT - I have a beer fridge in the garage that you can hear no matter where you are in my large 2-story home. This wine cooler is nothing like that. I had to literally put my ear all the way up the rear of this unit in order to hear it working. Once it is built into the cabinetry the sound will be further reduced, and thats absolutely fantastic!4. It pretty - blue leds, a digital display on the temperature control unit, and classy wooden racks on the inside are accentuated with a sleek stainless steel bezel around the darkly tinted glass door.5. Build quality feels solid - no creaking or other mysterious noises being made during handing or operation. Everything is finished and smooth and appears well manufactured.6. Spacious capacity inside despite only being the standard 15 inches in width, fits my wine storage needs.My unit arrived with a pretty big dent in the upper, back, right corner, but because this is a built in unit the dent has no real world impact on the performance of this product. The cooler arrived with really beefy and substantial packaging so I'm not really sure how it ended up with the dent, but perhaps the seller could troubleshoot that issue for future consumers.BOTTOM LINE: This is a well built, great looking and high performing built in wine cooler.
