My wife does a lot of home health caregiving so I understood why she may have wanted this. It appears to be sturdy enough to hold up to daily use, but maybe not more than a year. It's kind of how well you store it when you don't need it and keeping it clean and dust free. Adjustable lets it adapt to personal beds as well as the higher hospital beds.

I purchased this wasoyunIV Pole with Wheels - Rolling IV Stand with Tray and 4 Hooks Height Adjustable Stainless Steel for home treatment.Instructions included.Assembly was easy and straightforward. The base and wheel system are sturdy and wheels roll VERY well for this price point. The included blue tray is nice to have. The blue pull along handle is helpful and sturdy. There are 4 available iv bag holders. The gauge of the metal is somewhat thin.I mounted my infusion pump using its rubber tipped twist-screw, and I didn't overly tighten. I pictured the dent that it made when trying to add it to the pole. So I had to move the pump down and use some of the plastic on the pole as a bit of support since it was a little unstable not being able to tighten it enough on the thin metal. So, this is definitely better than the standard, "basic issue" I've pole I had before, but the thinness of the metal is discouraging. I will be using this as a replacement for my poor rolling previous iv pole because the wheels function better. This is pictured with it in its lowest and tallest positions, and in use, and my nurse approves of its functionality.

So far it looks like it will be a nice addition to our IV needs. It's a bit of a scaled-down version of the ones at the hospital but seems like the right size for us at the moment. Rolls smoothly, handle at right height from a sitting position. Tray is good for surface prep use, not meant for a meal tray as some might assume :) We'll likely update after it's in used for a while.

Love it! Assembly was super easy and I really like that there is a handle and a tray. Makes it easier to keep track of medicine that you intend to add to the I.V. bag.

Good IV stand for at-home use. It is so much better than the tiny one that was sent home with us. I especially love the tray so I can get the supplies ready ahead of time and have a place to put them. It’s lightweight and easy to glide around at home. However, the pole has a flaw. The top pole isn’t securely connected with the bottom pole so when I try to pick up the pole to lift it up/down the stairs, it pulls apart. It needs a pop in connector that keeps it together that could still come apart for storage.

This Wasoyun Rolling IV Stand is a fairly well-made IV stand for home use, although its light-duty construction may not make it the best choice for institutional use. For example, the stainless steel square tubing used for the wheeled base is formed from very thin-gauge metal, and the plastic tray simply "plugs in" to the lower tubing without being secured in any way (except through friction-fit).Nevertheless, this unit does have some good things going for it, such as the adjustable "D" handle placed down on the lower tubin where it would be convenient for a patient to reach it from a seated or reclined position, the fact that it has a little tray for convenient placing of small items in environments that may have limited surface area for placing such items, the four hanging hooks (which can be folded up out of the way when not being used), and the castors on the base which roll very smoothly even in the location where I primarily use this pole (more on that later).I ordered this pole with two uses in mind, first of all, there have been times when we've had sick cats in the house that needed to be given fluids subcutaneously, so if that happens again in the future we'll have this pole to greatly facilitate that process. The other use (and it's actually the PRIMARY use) is in my workshop, where I am now using it to hang a vacuum cable from to use for dust collection from my CNC router machine. That's why I mentioned earlier that the castors on this stand roll very smoothly, since even on my shop floor which can sometimes have sawdust on it the castors still roll and swivel perfectly.I would therefore recommend this rolling IV stand for home use (as an actual IV stand), or for any type of "off label" use in a workshop or crafts room which would benefit from having stuff suspended up over a work area.

So was looking forward to showing an assembled stand but the wrench and 2 important screws were missing. I have plenty of wrenches so that was not the end of the world, but the 2 screws were very important. One would attach the base to bottom pole and the second would attach table to the first part of the upper pole section. Thus now I have to determine the tread and screw size and purchase on my own. Very aggravating after starting to assemble. Further review will have to wait until I get the screws. Need better part checks before sending out.
