Pole does not fit all the way into the base. The screw not long enough to attach pole to base. This was a safety issue. So the product was returned.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was missing a lock washer that was indicated on the instructions.

One of the poles had a small dent in the part where the poles are screwed together. Even this small dent prevented the poles from screwing together. The equipment appeared to be of good quality other than not being able to put it together because of the dent. It is nicely polished silver. However, there are part stickers labels on every part. These stickers do not just pull off but leave a large and unsightly paper and residue on each part. This came packaged as if it had previously been opened and then returned to Amazon/the seller. Would not buy again due to unreliability of the company and the unsightly stickers.

It would have been a 5 star review had it not been for all the huge stickers on each piece that are pretty much superglued on. It looks cheesy having these huge letters all over an IV pole that don’t peel off. If you can get them off, then there is a big nasty gummy circle where the sticker was attached. It may seem trivial, but when running a doctors office, looks are important, and I don’t have an hour to spend getting stickers and residue off of equipment. A static cling label would have worked just as well. It’s the little things that can make a big difference. Had I bought more than one, I would have sent them all back because of the time it would take. Instead, since it’s only one, I’ll deal with it. Surely people realize what a hassle that can be, yet they do it anyway.
