Purchased the product for work for OSHA compliance by a non-illumiated exit. Sticker should comply with requirements, but from a true functionality standpoint, glow in the dark quality is limited, and sometimes the background illuminates more than the actual word "Exit". I have not peeled off the back paper yet, so cannot comment on adhesion to surface.

Not too bad. They need direct sunlight to charge. So if they be in direct light, you may find they don’t glow as well as you may want.
