I started using this neck traction device to help with tension and stiffness, and it’s been a great relief. It gently stretches the neck, helping with spinal decompression and pinched nerves without feeling uncomfortable. The design is easy to use at home, and the included travel bag makes it convenient to take anywhere. After just a few sessions, I noticed less tension and better mobility. It’s a simple but effective tool for managing neck pain.

I am doing physical therapist every few weeks for Hanging Neck Traction therapy and this has really be a game changer for my home therapy! The instruction were easy to understand with how to operate the device. I used the lower setting and it works great! Can't wait to try to increase tension but I am going very slow. Hopefully this can help speed my recovery!

Quality of life saver. My physical therapist had a neck traction machine that greatly eased my neck pain, so I found this home unit for use after the PT period was complete. It's big and awkward, and I worry about the cable, but it's still going strong after 21 months.Usage Hints: I found it jarring to just release the tension after the traction session. I suggest keeping a thumb on the tension dial when pressing the release button and letting the dial rotate slowly to ease tension. I also found it doesn't always reset it self to fully off quickly, so I manually turn the dial fully clockwise before storing.

After having an older model of a mostly metal Saunders cervical machine, this one is mostly plastic. It works fine. Has a nice carry case. The dial for pressure is awkward. The cable is stiff. When the button is pressed for release, it doesn’t let down easily. It’s fast and jarring. As I stated before, I’m used to the operation of the Saunders.Hope this helps you make your decision.

I have a bulging disc in my spine and this was similar to a device I use at PT. I thought with it being so expensive, it would be better than the one they use there that isn't as comfortable.I was wrong. This one is more comfortable, but the ratcheting system they use instead of hydrolic is incredibly inconsistent. Once I get past 15 "pound of pressure", nothing feels different. There is no way this item goes up to "50 pounds of pressure" indicated on its control dial. I've decided to give it time and try to work the the product, but I'm in too much pain to pay this much money and not have the device work as advertised.Edit: this device is now broken. Its dial that indicates the pressure no longer moves and I have to unwind the control device all the way just to get it to pull up. It's broken now and I have no idea why. It will be unfortunately returned. It's only benefit is it's comfort and carrying case.
