I bought a reverse osmosis system about six months ago. Their system also had a mineralization cartridge, but the water still had a harsh taste. Come to find out it only added calcium back in. I came across this mineralization cartridge and it actually added in all the other stuff, including the calcium. The water now taste so much smoother it’s unbelievable! So if your RO systems water taste a little bit harsh buy this filter and install it. Thr flow arrow is a little hard to see but it’s on the cartridge itself. I only recommend this filter because it works. The water, the coffee everything taste better. Have a great day.

Filters work as expected, they last about 6 months, easy to replace, water flow is free and fast. Last stage makes the water taste better and chemical free. Noise levels are zero.Great replacement filter set. I bought two more replacement sets just to simplify my process, after getting this the first time.

I bought this a few years back and had nothing but success with it. Let me first start by saying anyone with moderate do-it-yourself capabilities should be able to install this on their own. The hardest part is coupling the system to the water supply, the tank and hose assembly is really easy. The water quality is fantastic! My town water is laden with chemicals, to the point that the water has a white cloudiness and a sharp chemical odor, but this makes the water crystal clear and odorless. I replace the filters once a year and am considering adding on the UV light attachment. Definitely worth it. The last thing I’ll add, and it isn’t a complaint, the gaskets on the replacement filters can pull off and stick to the base, so if the canister isn’t sealing properly check the underside of the base for the missing gasket. Super happy with the purchase.

I am giving this 4 stars because the system worked well overall except for the alkaline filter; however, the customer service was impressive. I bought the 7-stage filter a year and a half ago, and it worked great. The water was clean and tasted good. I recently bought this filter replacement, and after installation, I found that while the water was good after the post-carbon filter, the alkaline filter was giving it a weird plastic/metallic/brass taste. However, I was able to talk to consumer service, and they quickly showed me how to resolve this issue and replace my faulty filter. I was surprised with how fast the consumer service responded to fix the issue.

So i was suffering from gerd or heartburn or whatever and was touted the benefits of high alkaline water. I started with the bottles which were expensive and too much work to lug home. I then got the drops which worked great, but its a lot of work to keep counting the 22 drops in my 2 liter waters and it was really expensive. But then i finally found this inexpensive option, which lasts 6 months or more. It works great and raises my waters alkaline to the 8.5-9.5 levels i want. I use it with everything, including my coffee.One thing I should mention is that you have to run your tap for 30 seconds or so or you will be drinking alkaline water of 10 plus! I also bought a digital tester, so I can confirm that running the water for 15-30 seconds will bring the alkaline level to your desired level. Good luck everyone. Highly recommend.
