I love these filters. I run my whole house system on them and their sediment spin down solution. Michele with 1 L at iSpring was great at walking me through the setup and solutions.

Filter does an excellent job with my metals and the sulfur smell. I've been using the filter for 3 yrs and had a problem for the first time this year. The iSpring team, thanks Edwin, did a great job at resolving my issue quickly. I just purchased a new strainer to accompany this filter, it's an iSpring too. They are my go to for filtration.

I purchased an iSpring wall mounted three stage (canister) whole house water filtration system several years ago to replace a dual tank floor mounted system that took up too much room and did not back flush properly and could not deliver quality water results. The iSpring system takes up very little wall space and maintenance is easy, simply changing the three filters yearly based on our water usage. Customer service was great with Nick giving me sound advice regarding installation. A couple of years later he gave me good advice as to the use a heat gun to loosen tanks when I had overtightened two canisters. I recently learned that Nick is still providing customer service when I had a question regarding an order for replacement filters. We are serviced by a small water utility company which has pure water, but the water has high levels of sand and sometimes high levels of chlorine. The 5-micron sediment filter removes most of the sand and two CTO carbon block filters do a great job removing chlorine and any remaining sand. We do experience water line breakage occasionally which can introduce large amounts of sediment into the lines which is a health hazard and can damage water heaters, dish washers, and washing machines leading to premature failure. This is another reason to install a whole house system instead of point of source filters for sinks and lavatories. I do find the iSpring replacement filters high quality and reasonably priced particularly when purchased in cases of four like my recent order.Merlin

We live in Phoenix and have very hard water filled with calcium. I have a water treatment device (not a true softener) that treats the water in our house and requires a prefilter. My previous prefilter sprung a leak and replaced it with a larger model. The filter it came with was 20 microns which was definitely not adequate for the sediment in our water. I found this one and decided to see if I could make all our water better. Our refrigerator ice was really bad and no one wanted to drink that water.With this prefilter, we have way less sediment coming through and our water is so much more clear. The visible water droplets that dry don’t have the white circles around them anymore. Best of all, our ice is clear and tastes good! I will be ordering only these from now on!

These 5-micron filters work really well, and the quality is top-notch. I do wish the price was a bit lower, but overall, ISpring remains one of the best companies in terms of customer service. Very satisfied with the product!

When I installed this filter to reduce chlorine level of .4 ppb, it worked great.Free chlorine went to undetectable levels. We use about 200 gallons per day.After two months, chlorine was at .1 to .2 ppm level. I could have got a bad filter.Customer service was great and sent a replacement filter. I will report back later.

There is nothing to dislike in the product and product support. The Indian filters claim they are 5 microns. They are big cheats, only after using you will know. While using ISpring filters, use it with ISpring housing. You will see crystal clear water that you will wonder at the technology behind it, that is ISpring a hi tech company with a mindboggling range of products and they are also into IT but that is a sister concern
