Well made, very sturdy, relatively small when rolled up, and will not cause an injury if rolled out on top of someone under a treehouse (unlike ladders with wooden or metal bars for the steps). I looked at the cheap versions that have some sort of plastic for the steps, and saw cases where those had failed, so spent a few extra $$ for this product and the peace of mind. Glad I did, very pleased with this purchase.

Article retourné car rien pour la sécuriser à la fen^tre . Mais attention retours à vos frais !!! Et en colissimo pour l'Allemagne ça pique....de plus messages quotidiens pour se faire rembourser l'article mais pas les frais de retour ( comme indiqué dans l'annonce ) .

I bought it for a fire escape ladder. I made a bar below my window to clip the ladder too. I like the clips on the ladder. The ladder is there if it’s ever needed. It can be moved, just by opening the clips, if I end up wanting to move it someday.

We bought this 16 ft for the kids room for a fire escape. It hooks to the bottom of their bunk bed, folds and stays neatly under, and is easy enough for my five year old daughter to throw out the window. I went down it first (170lbs), and my daughter and three year old son were able to climb down (with some encouragement!) from their second floor bedroom during our fire drills. Great quality, highly recommend, peace of mind ;)

Great product, if it would hold up! After maybe 4-5 uses, one of the steps broke! Kinda a lot of money for this to happen. Disappointed! 😢😢
