The storage bins came but with a broken bin which was very upsetting because I needed them all and immediately. It looked like it happened during the shipping process. I reached out and they immediately made it right. I’m beyond pleased with the customer service. Great bins. I highly recommend. They are strong and sturdy.

It seems they broke in transit because they were in the bottom of the packaging. Despite the broken clasps, the bins were still functional and the lids fit snug.
