Q：How to get the best performance?

A：1:Please use 2×AAA premium alkaline batteries and make sure they are inserted properly.

2:Please check that the volume on your DVD player (and on the headphones), make sure they are turned up at a sufficient level.

3:Please make sure that you try both channels on the headphone (there is a Channel switch on the side of the headphone) as your vehicle may be transmitting on either channel A or B. Using the wrong channel will cause intermittent sound issues.

4:If you watch different movies on two DVDs, set each DVD on a different channel, and the headphone to the channel of the DVD you would like to listen to.

5:Our IR wireless headphones can also be used outside the car with the included Aux cable for smart phones, Tablets, MP3 etc, or equipped with an IR transmitter for watching TV at home.

These headphones saved me during a long drive with several kids! I was able to not have to listen to kids movies for many hours and they were able to stay entertained. Only downside they commented on is that the earpiece that was closest to the other person was all static on each headset and I’m not sure if a setting I have is wrong or if it’s because the proximity of the headphones to each other which is not an issue I can solve unfortunately. Otherwise they connected quickly and are comfortable.

I had ordered the 3 pack and while they sound good and are loud, the battery door barely snaps on and falls off very easily. With doing so the batteries will fall out.. Not very quality built.
