My toddler is smitten by the plushy bus and tractor (even if the bus doesn’t have wheels, since there’s only one RC base.) I love the longevity aspect of the Lego base, too. The controller is perfect for little hands, and the controls (all two of them) are responsive.I wish there was an easy way to turn off the sound because it’s unpleasantly loud. After about 2 cumulative hours of play, reverse has become very slow - there’s nothing apparently wrong (no hair around the wheel) so I’m guessing it’s a battery thing where there’s not enough charge to reverse quickly but still enough to go forward.It’s a great intro to RC cars, but maybe get your rechargeable batteries in order first.

The little kids love this toy. The simple controls are great for 2-3 year olds, but older kids can start moving into more advanced controls.Price is about right.

We absolutely love this car. The quality of the driving mechanism is really good for a kids rc car. The wheels get perfect grip on hard floors and it drives great. The speed is perfect for a younger child to control, and the controls are perfect for a beginner. I would say that it would be ideal for 5yo or younger. Older children may actually fetch frustrated by the controls.It has 1 button for forward, and 1 that reverses and turns at the same time. So to make a left turn, tou really end up doing a 30- point turn going forward and back.For my 2yo, though, its absolutely perfect. And it's really cool to be able to swap between the bus or the tractor.Also, my 5yo likes to take it off and connect Legos to it.My ONLY complaint, is that there is only 1 volume level, and it is fairly loud beeping and muffler sounds. A hi/lo selector would have been ideal, and it's a bit of a miss because it does get on my nerves sometimes. But both kids absolutely love it and it's still a winner in my book - definitely recommend.

Absolutely cutest remote control car . This is for my 11 month old grand baby and it is so cute and appropriate for her age . The car is soft and plushy and it comes with sound effects . The remote is very easy to use and the car comes with an additional body skin so you can change it into a school bus .

I love this idea. I have been building and racing hobby grade RCs for most of my life and now that I have a son I want to get him into the hobby as well. I bought him a few other RCs but they weren’t designed for his age range. They move too fast and the controllers are too complicated for him.This set is great. I appreciate that it has 2 car bodies and the drive brick can also be used as part of a Lego set. The bodies are easy to take on and off. Simply pop off the tires and put the body on like a pillow. It takes a mere few seconds.The soft bodies are easy to clean and nice so my son won’t hurt himself while learning about RC and how to control.The car is slow but this is a good thing for a toddler. It goes forwards with no steering or when going backwards it steers in 1 direction.Great Unique idea and I’m surprised at how low cost it was for the entire set that has the car, 2 bodies, and a remote.Batteries are not included and are required for both the car and the remote b

This toy is adorable. Very simple to use; literally only 2 buttons. One goes forward, the other goes back while turning a bit. My 15 month old figured out how to use it very quickly. He's having fun making the car go forward and back. I love that the cars are soft as he's always hurting himself on harder toys. This is perfect to keep him safe. The fact that the car can be switched from a tractor to bus is so clever.
