seems like a good gift, easy for a 3 yr old to run, battery seemed to last all day with it running most of the day. Good toy.

I bought this race track for my 6 year old for a Christmas gift. He absolutely loved it and said it was "super cool!" The tracks can be laid out in whatever manner you want because they do have some flexibility in them. He built it the way the picture dictates at first, and then deconstructed and did it in another format. The space shuttle is the only vehicle included for the track, but it does come with other accessories that just compliment the track and don't drive on it. The batteries seemed to last well and it is still going strong. It was bigger than expected, which was a great surprise.

My daughter loves space (plans to be an astronaut when she grows up) so when I saw this I had to grab it for her. This is super cute and she loves it!

One of our nephews is quite literally outer-space crazy. He loves anything associated with astronomy, space travel, science fiction and astronauts. This train set brings so many of those concepts into play and he just loves it.The set goes together fairly easily and the flexible tracks snap into place but an adult may be necessary on the first go round because, at least in our set, no instructions or directions were included. The astronauts and vehicles effectively create an outer space theme that will entice your young ones and provide hours of fun and imagination.I wouldnβt exactly call this a learning toy but it is a step above your ordinary toy train set. We set the track up to match the design displayed on the box and the product page but I suppose you could also customize it. The figures and vehicles are really neat. The astronaut figures are solidly built and donβt present any real probably of being damaged. The super sleek shuttle car moves rapidly over the tracks. You get a bridge and a tunnel to add to the layout.We had fun setting this up and watching our nephew play along with his dad but our eyes really lit up watching him play with two of his friends. They were fully engaged and cheering on as they took turns racing their figures around the track, βflyingβ the rockets and imagining that they had set up a station on the moon.One AA battery is required but not included for the shuttle car. Only a few of the pieces are small enough to possibly be choking hazards but it is always suggested that proper supervision be paid to avoid any accidents.Overall, the set is definitely a barrel of fun especially for those kids with space and stars in their eyes.

I bought this for my little brother for Christmas. He is a huge fan of interactive toys and I am so excited to watch him open this up! I brought it home and my fiance got so excited about it and I know the two boys are going to have fun playing with it together.

My nephew liked the space shuttle on a track. Make sure the track is level for the overpass to be stable. And the astronauts are super cute!
