This is the best puppy pad holder out of trying 9 different brands/types. This is the only one that my dog couldn’t get access to the pad to rip it up. There are no clamps to work around. You just lift up the top piece and switch out the pad. I also love the size since it gives my dog plenty of room left in his play pen. Since it is small and takes the 18” puppy pads, I do have to change it twice a day but overall it’s perfect.

This tray is way too light, my pups loved slinging it around. The "pee post" topples over with the flick of a finger. The tab on the white grid does not snap in place, making it easy for even a small puppy to flip it open, and then drag the pee pad all over. I tried several different pads, and the corners stuck out on all of them, providing even more temptation to pull it out. I do not recommend.
