I installed this device, CDMA-BAT, dual communicator with my Honeywell Vista 20P alarm. I am monitored through Alarm Relay.I don't have a good GSM signal at my home but my Verizon cell phone worked well. This device uses the Verizon CDMA network rather than the AT&T GSM network. It also can be connected to your internet router to communicate via IP (Internet).Installation was easy. With phone assistance from Alarm Relay. Ipdatatel also has option of interactive control via a virtual keypad via web or smartphone app.
