I received the item and kept it unopened in the original packaging until I was ready to install it (less than 90 days after the date of delivery), the item did not work right out of the box. I've contacted the seller multiple times about an exchange and have never been acknowledged. I then called the manufacturer to see if they would help me and I was informed that the manufacturer's warranty expired in 2013! After checking the back of the equipment I see that the manufactured date is 2/2012. I have my doubts that this was a new piece of equipment, I'm thinking it was refurbished and sold to me as new at a "new" price and that is why I can't get any help with an exchange! FRUSTRATED that I'm eating
