I submitted this once before and apparently the manufacturer or someone had it taken down. Do not waste your money on these products. First, they falsely advertise that the leash is 1" webbing. It's not. It's only 3/4", not suitable for a large dog.Why I'm giving zero stars is that they use unsuitable, dangerous buckles on the collars. What they use are called zero-adjust buckles that are NOT intended for dog collars or any other application where you need to adjust the length of the strap through them. There is nothing holding the webbing together where it loops around the buckle so it pops out like you see in the pictures. Note the comparison between the Iowa collar and the other one, made with a single-adjust aluminum buckle like these should be made with. An adjustable buckle has an extra bar on the end where the webbing loops around, so it's held tightly folded and lays flat. They must have glued the webbing together to get the product pictures or done some serious photo editing to hide the giant loop of webbing sticking out around the buckle.I didn't get a picture of it on my dog, but that loop of webbing also sticks out from the dog's neck with the collar on and poses a serious safety risk. Another dog can easily get their jaw stuck in the gap of webbing as they play and your dog can be HARMED OR EVEN KILLED if you can't get the collar off them in time. There's a risk of that with any collar, sure, but this just invites it to happen.Even if you don't care about that risk or just the weird look of the collar material sticking up off your dog's neck, there is nothing except the slide (the piece you move to change the length) to keep the collar from loosening if the dog pulls. A metal slide alone will not keep a collar at the right length. They need the "teeth" built in to the adjustable buckle, and sometimes even a keeper (little plastic or rubber piece that wraps around the two pieces of webbing) to hold them properly adjusted as a dog pulls.Having made something like 300 collars in every variety imaginable for my dogs and to donate to local shelters, I can tell you for certain that this is NOT something you want to rely on to keep your dog safe. I really wish I had waited to buy it until after my newly-adopted dog had settled in, because by the time I got her trained enough to be able to use a regular collar and got it out of the box, it was too late.
