This is a high quality exhaust system. Give the VQ engine a very nice mild sporty tone to your car. Very high quality fabrication. No instructions included but the pipes were labeled. assembled very easily with all the hardware needed to do a direct swap. The kit does not come with the gasket to the cats. But they are cheap and the dealer has them. The only issue I have fitment wise is the muffler hangers holding the muffler up too high so I need to form it to fit the exhaust tips on with even clearance to the bumper. Communication with the seller was great. I had a question and I had a response in 30 minutes! Shipping did take quite some time for me due to weather conditions. And fedex does not know how to handle packages with care as I received the box in a concerning condition. This is not a issue from the seller strictly fedex. Overall this is a great product. This exhaust is exactly what i was looking for in an aftermarket exhaust. Its loud and aggressive when you're slamming the party pedal down. But it sounds refined and professional when driving normally. The increased volume is filled with bass and refined engine noise - driving by, it sounds far more quality than some other exhausts.Put this on my silver FX and its been an excellent purchase. I wasnt sure i would like the burnt titanium tips, thought they might be tacky. But got a good enough deal that it didnt really matter, i was willing to take the risk. Either way i love the way these things look. I said quality before, when the tech pulled these bad boys out during install we both literally said whoa. The even finish on the high quality rolled titanium is just gorgeous. Perfect subtle addition to the "low-key silver" situation ive got going on.edit: kit does not include flange gaskets that are used where the ends of this kit are attached to the rest of the exhaust. not a big issue - i knew about it and bought some prior to installation. The tech that installed was able to re-use the oem gaskets with no issues or leaks though. Make sure you or your shop are aware of this going into disassembly, and you can likely reuse the same oem flange gaskets and save a few bucks!

Well... When I first brought back in December, I was really worried if it would fit. It does fit, since I have an 2006 fx35. Overall, the sound does sound really nice. There's a deep tone to it when I REV my engine. The shipping came really fast, it just took three days to get to my house. Had it install, which took only a couple hours. There is slight metal noise. I am not an expert on cars, but my friend told me when he was working on the exhaust, said it needs to build up carbon. Not sure if that is true. However, you will barely hear the noise, only if you are slightly stepping on the pedal. I do notice the weather has an effect. I would say this is worth buying if you really love the look on G35 looking at your fx35 with this exhaust and a set of rims to match it.

This says it will fit 2003-2008 which it will not. It fits 2003-2005 without modifications but 2006-2008 require significant modifications to the exhaust system and the catalytic converters to make it fit.

Easy fit on my 2004 fx35. The sound is amazing. I was concerned that it would be too loud and that it would sacrifice that classic Infiniti exhaust sound. You can tell it's an infiniti from a mile away. Just louder and deeper. I loved it so much I bought a K & N intake to enhance it.I bought the one with the blue tips to save a few dollars. I wanted chrome tips and I planned to wipe it off with some high cut metal polish.Once I installed the system I found that I liked the blue tips.Purchased 6 months ago and still love putting the car in drive and speeding off. I think my pickup improved a little too.
