It’s a simple saddle holder does its job.

I absolutely love this saddle rack! It's light but incredibly sturdy, making it easy to move around without sacrificing durability. Setting it up was a breeze, and it feels very secure once assembled. It's a great addition to my tack room and provides reliable support for my saddle. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a dependable and easy-to-use saddle rack!

Feels like it's priced about 20% too high and the wood's rather soft so it shows dings and dents easily. On the other hand, there aren't many alternatives and I don't think any are cheaper.

I was concerned that this rack would not hold my Western saddle because the pictures show an English saddle being put on the rack. I wanted a collapsable rack to put next where I saddle my horse. It is sturdy and holds my Western saddle perfectly. My suggestion is that the seller put a picture with a western saddle on it because I almost didn't buy it because it only showed an English saddle on it.

This didn't work for me and I can't imagine it would work for any adult. It's advertised as a "sturdy saddle rack" but it's so short that it was hard to get my average western-style saddle to sit on it without just sliding right off the front. Tack rooms are usually pretty tight and anyone walking by and just bumping it slightly would cause the saddle to fall to the floor. Then even though I was careful, before long, the pressure of the saddle overhanging the front caused the screws to come right out of the wall.If our family ever gets a pony or takes up an English discipline with a petite saddle, then I suppose this will do fine. But no, it is not adequate for your average horse saddle.

I love this saddle bar! It holds the saddle very well and just falls away when you're not using it. It's awesome and the wood is pretty too! I have my own barn and like to keep it in my wash rack/grooming stall. I take my saddle off of its stand and place it in the grooming stall when I'm getting a horse ready so the saddle can be close by. When I don't need it I don't even realize it's there because it hangs so flat.

I'm not sure what is so confusing to some others, but this saddle rack works just fine. It is sturdy, collapsible, and inexpensive. Good quality wood and hardware. This is not a high end saddle rack, but it just what the photo shows and works fine. It would work better for a small or medium English saddle than for a medium or large western saddle. The back end of ours hangs off the end of the wood, but since the center of gravity is forward, this is not a problem. With a western saddle, the weight is often more centered.

I was hoping to use these out in my paddock to throw the saddles on just before tacking up. Wrong. When I throw a saddle on it, it is not secure. Any little brush up against the saddle will cause it to fall. The wooden bar is so narrow that there is little stability. Also, I am not sure why it is called collapsible. I was thinking that they could be stored in a collapsible position- I couldn't find a way to do that. But they can easily be taken off of the mounting ring to store away. The price was very good though and I guess if you are very careful not to bump the saddle,or have a type of saddle that is more balanced on the bar, it could work.
