Barely fit over my saddles seat...absolutely did NOT cover fenders or stirrups. Very disappointing.

Cheaply made. Ripped the first time I put it on. At least it is keeping the dust off my saddle, but I dont think it will last very long. Definitely not a "Tough -1!"

IT WAS DELEIVERED WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. ITS GOOD QUALITY. IT HAS ELASTIC TO HOLD FENDERS. HOLDS MY C/A SADDLE.
