I bought two of these and one was great and one would not stay inflated and had to return. For the price I expected a better product. I was able to return even though I no longer had the packaging at no cost.

This air bed was very easy to inflate, comfortable, and deflated to absolutely flat. The airbed was used for three consecutive nights and did not need to be topped up at all. It would have been good if there had been a storage bag included to keep it protected when not in use. I am very pleased with this item, I am happy to recommend it.

Very happy with the ease of use for this air mattress. Power cord fits nicely in the motor area. Just plug in turn on and in a few minutes you`re ready. Then just turn the valve and the unit deflates. Easy.

Worked well for me, 3 nights used, put away for next time.As the directions say, it will stretch. I needed to refill it on the third night to firm it up.It did not lose air, just stretched a little.

I moved to a new apt and needed a quick solution before my bed arrives. This mattress turned out to be perfect. It self inflates very quickly and stays full for at least a week or two without the need to add air to it. Also it's very comfortable, to the point it can mimic a real mattress. There wasn't any harsh smell to it so it's a plus as well.

Love this bed, we bought it for an extra bed to use at a hotel, but we use it at home a lot too. We keep it tucked in the closet and anytime a kiddo sleeps over we pull it out. It inflates quickly, but more importantly, for me, deflates quickly! It’s comfier than most air mattresses I’ve tried and doesn’t deflate throughout the night.

I ordered two of these air mattresses on 3/23/24. The first time I needed them, 4/27/24, one was completely non-functional and would not inflate. The pump was dead. It is a sealed unit, and there is no way to take it apart and check for bad connections. I immediately went online to attempt to get credit for it but there was no option to return the defective product, and I was directed to the Intex Warranty which didn't open until Monday. After calling warranty support, I had to download the receipt, print it out, write my claim number on it, scan it, and then attach it to my claim online. I was instructed it would be 5-10 days before the replacement pump will arrive. I need this air mattress for my business, so the turn-around time is unacceptable. With a 50% failure rate of new product, I don't recommend it to anyone. This company obviously doesn't have a production system which tests the pumps before they leave the assembly line. Don't buy it!
