The fan came without any damages. It worked well after I replaced the power supply, what was the culprit. I had to communicate with the seller while i was troubleshooting with bad power supply. The seller was very generous, responsive and supportive through the entire process. I would buy more products from this seller hand down. I recommend others to choose this seller as a top choice.
