The timer is not working! It worked once or twice and I loved it. Now I have had three fails and 3 times that I had to hustle to make my schedule work because of this timer failing.I am really upset at having waisted my money on this.Update: as the timer was still under warranty, the company is sending out a new one. I will update my review after I see if the timer works better this time.

I did not know that anyone made a heavy duty timer like this one, until I did a search for it. It is inexpensive, and well made as far as I can tell. It works perfectly for my application, which is a large window air conditioner, in my case, 240 volt, 20 amp unit. Very easy to use and set up. Just put the little on/off pegs where you want to turn on and off your device. They provide two sets. Then set the time, and you are good....unless the power goes out, obviously, then the timer stops as well, and everything is out of time. A simple reset fixes this. My only real complaint is that it is a bit difficult to read and set the time. It has a rather odd labeling, but if you look at it for a bit, you can figure it out. So far, a great unit that does exactly what I need it to do!

I went through three of these. They all behaved exactly the same.I set the start/stop times on the dial. Adjust the time of day on the dial. Plug it into the wall, then plug the A/C unit into it.It works great for a couple of days. They fails to start/stop any more. The manual start/stop switch on the face no longer turns. It is frozen. The timer continues to turn, but just plows the little plastic 'stops' on the dial right past the start/stop switch.All three devices failed the same way. My A/C unit is well within the supported range on the timer. It just goes bad.

This is a basic timer... nothing fancy which is why it looses 1 star. It works, it's inexpensive and it is simple. It would be nice however to have the option of a common connection.

This is the only timer I can find that works with my pool pump. Purchased one last summer for the pump, but it wouldn’t work this season when I started the pump again. Purchased the same model on June 16, 2021 and it worked for almost 2 months before it quit on me. It seems to be a very poor quality timer. It’s unfortunate because it’s very easy to set and use, just not made to last apparently.

Great timer. I hope it will last me longer than other reviewers on here. This is the only timer available for my needs which are 240v and 20amp. I use it for a garage heater to keep my garage warm. I wish they had more trippers.

Works as advertised. Only gripe is that it uses tiny little removable plastic pins to set the on/off times, and they're pretty tricky to handle. I lost half of them within a week :/

We tried because we really needed something that would do what this product advertised, a timer for a heater for a building under construction we are working on. We hooked it up this morning and it was defective - it was sparking and we had to unplug it. I'm trying to return it now, hopefully I'll be able to do that.
