The software won't even load so you can put in a installation code to get it to operate. A total waste of time. I am not even trying to return it, because it will go straight to the trash. Disappointed

Good product.This has always been my favorite guitar lesson set, it teaches me to pick with my fingers in stead of a guitar pick.My original DVDs, which I've bought ten or so years ago are too scratched up to work any more so I'm very happy I could buy a new set for cheap.If only the delivery person didn't try to cram the box into my small mail box.

I was kind of disappointed with this purchase. I bought it for my granddaughter who had already been exposed to the guitar. You have to have a computer made available for a youngster otherwise this is a waste of money. I've a drummer for over 40 years and this would not hold my interest so imagine a 10-12 year old trying to learn.If you have the time to sit with your child or grandchild to help them then it may work. If you are a teenager or adult you may find this to be OK for you. I got it cheap so it was not a total loss. Just don't expect this program having you playing the guitar in a week or even a month. Like with any musical instrument it requires dedication and time, lots of time and you really need a teacher to learn the basics. I took drum lessons for a year, 3 times a week with 5-6 hours of practice everyday.
